Founder & CEO

Troy D. White, DPA, MBA

Founder & CEO of Cynergy Alliance Business Advisors (CABA) and President & CEO of the Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency (MDHA). Dr. White brings the agency over 25 years of experience in housing and development. Dr. White previously served as the director of housing authorities and market segment leader at Aprio, an accounting consulting firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. Previously, he served as the chief operating officer at several housing authorities, including the Atlanta and Charlotte Housing Authorities. He brings expertise in affordable housing development, finance, human services, economic development, compliance, community engagement, risk management, community development, and facilities management. Dr. White has a Doctor of Public Administration, a Master of Business Administration in Finance, and a Bachelor of Science in Business.

Renée L. White, MSEd, MS

Co-Founder & COO of Cynergy Alliance Business Advisors (CABA), Renée is an educational training professional with over 25 years of experience in leadership. Her journey encompasses roles as manager, administrator, educator, and coach. Her expertise in staff development, process and performance management, and data analysis has been instrumental in her work with non-profit organizations, public sector entities, and innovative school districts. Renée has a Master of Science in Education, a Master of Arts in School Administration, and a Bachelor of Science in Community Development/Public Administration.
